Teen shot inside NYC smoke shop in broad daylight: cops

A 17-year-old boy was blasted in the chest inside a Bronx smoke shop Saturday afternoon when he was confronted by a duo -- dressed in all black and wearing masks -- who then took off on a scooter, cops said.
