NY auctions off unused decorative lights in $100 million Cuomo boondoggle

In an extraordinary fire sale, the state Power Authority is auctioning off unused decorative bridge lights -- putting an end to a $106 million light show boondoggle championed by former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, now the front-runner in the Democratic primary for New York mayor.
